Wow! We’ve had an unbelievable response to registration this year, and we’ve broken every record! Just within the last week, almost all of those last 100 spots have been snapped up!

With that, we’re putting Camper registration on a temporary hold. Any new Camper registrations after this post goes live will be put on a waitlist. Here’s why:

Though we have 400 beds available, we have to account for the number of beds for guys and girls. Additionally, we have to make sure we’re holding beds for the right number of counselors. It makes for a tremendously complicated spreadsheet, as you might imagine.

Now a waitlist isn’t the end of the world. We’re going to do everything we can to get kids off the waitlist and in to spots. This hold is more like a gentle tap of the brakes than a hard stop. The last thing we would want to do is cancel anyone’s registration after they were in because we had overbooked, so we use this process to keep things straight.

If you or your Camper are on a waitlist, we’ll be in touch once we know for sure that they have a spot. And there will come a point (probably next week) where we’re totally full. Once that happens, we’ll make another post.

In the meantime, if you have Campers or Adult Volunteers to get registered, go ahead and get them in so we can get them a spot. And if you’re a group leader with cancellations, please process those ASAP so we can find a bed for kids on the wait list. Thank you!
