We’ve got some big news to share for 2022. Camp Vineyard has a new home for our program! Our friends at Restoration Vineyard Church have agreed to be the host church for Camp going forward. Huge thanks to Ekklesia for hosting us through 2021, and we wish them well. You’ll see a different name and address on some forms and around the site, but the team behind Camp Vineyard is staying the same.

With that, we’ve updated our COVID policies for 2022. So much has changed even since last summer, and we fully expect the next few months to have its own set of changes. Right now, we are staying flexible with regards to cohorts and other mitigation measures. You can read the current policies in the Parent & Volunteer Pack, and we’ll post updates to that policy as the situation changes.
One big change from 2021: We will not have registration limits on groups this year, though, if we do hit 100% capacity for Woodland, we will not be booking overflow space. So, don’t wait around once registration opens!
Speaking of: With our move to a new host church, we’ve also made a move in our web hosting. It took a little longer that expected to shake the bugs out. Since that delayed us posting the forms (and this blog), we are pushing Registration back to Saturday, March 12.
Neat! Group Tracks in 2022
One last news item: Neat! Groups are different this year! The rotation system we had for them in 2021 was a hit – everybody who wanted to do things like the Zip Line and Giant Swing got to do them, plus Mad Science and Duct Tape Etc. resulted in some fun and creative surprises for Campers who may not have chosen them otherwise. We did miss things like the Ministry and Leadership Groups, as well as the Worship Track, though.
For 2022, we’re doing the best of both. When you sign up for Neat! Groups, you will pick 1 Track from the list. Activities Track is like the 2021 rotation, Ministry Track is for young leaders who want to learn more (and still have a lot of fun), and Worship Track is returning! We are working to add other Tracks through the spring.
