Well, I’ve got some good news! Thanks to the folks at Woodland Camp, we’ve been able to secure at least an additional 24 beds for Ignite!
So, here’s where we stand. I’m going to be working to be sure I know exactly how much space we have for guys and girls, how many additional counselors we might need, and all those other logistical questions. There’s more to camp than just numbers, and we want to be sure we have everything in place for everybody to have a great time. For those on the waiting list, I’m going to be contacting your group’s leader in the next day or two to work things out.
And again, I want to thank all of the leaders and parents that we’ve been in touch with, both those on the waiting list and those already confirmed. The excitement that’s brewing for Ignite, and the graciousness with which everyone is approaching the space issue is a testament to the kind of folks we have in the region. This is going to be a great camp, and we’re already setting the stage for an even bigger and better camp in 2011. So, thank you for being a part of it!
