…and we’ve got a HUGE update for you: Schedule, Menu, Forms, Volunteer Training, and a new thing we’re trying this year!

Download the Schedule  – Check In Starts at 10:00 am on Monday the 15th, Opening Session at 3:00pm, Closing Session ends by 11:00 am Friday the 19th. Good? Good.

Download the Menu – If you have more allergy questions, let us know!

Online Forms

Group leaders and parents: Make Check-In super easy and get your forms completed before Camp! You can find the link for each form in your confirmation email, but just in case you don’t have it handy:

Step 1: Login to your account at campvineyard.com/account and click Registrations.

Step 2: Click on the transaction for your registration and look at the list of participants. (Tip: If you don’t see a QR code for a registrant, they still have forms to complete!)

Step 3: Click the “Signature Required” link and follow the instructions. Group leaders, send that link to the parent/guardian instead and let them do their thing.

Group Leaders: Any Campers or adults that signed up outside of your main group won’t be in that list, but they’re getting this post as an email. Remember: There are no paper release forms this year. It’s all digital. It’s like we’re living in the future!

Volunteer Training

If you’re a new volunteer or last did your screening in 2024 or earlier, be sure you have completed your Background Check Authorization form – if you think you haven’t received the email with this, let us know right away!

Step 1: Download the Camp Vineyard Volunteer Manual

Step 2: Visit Counselor World at campvineyard.com. The manual will be your guidebook as we go through the videos. It’ll take about an hour, but it’s broken up into sections, and really easy to come back to.

Step 3: (If you weren’t a volunteer last year) Complete the MinistrySafe.com training. This is a supplemental training, and your personal link is in the email you received from them. Again, it’s about an hour, and it comes with a 2-year certification.

Step 4: Complete the Volunteer Commitment Statement, either a printed one or via the link in your confirmation email. See above if you need to find that.

That New Thing – Our Panel of Speakers!

Remember Camp Vineyard Online in 2020, when we had different speakers every night? That was neat. Ever since then, we’ve had requests to have multiple speakers through the week of Camp. So, we’re giving it a shot this year! We’ve asked four awesome folks – Leah Pavel, Bryan Leonardy, Emeric Martinez, and Chris Westbrook – to answer “Why I (Still) Believe.” Each of them have years (ok, decades, but who’s counting) of the ups and downs of life, faith, and putting it all into practice. And they each have some different answers that will surprise you! This is going to be special, and we can’t wait for the evening sessions each night.

Joining them will be a worship team from all over the region: James Clay Ellis from Greenville, Eli Sims from Hope City, Will Jennings from Lenoir City, as well as Haven, Finn, and Tashi, three talented Campers from around the southeast.

As always, if you have any questions, just email us at info@campvineyard.com. From all of us on the Camp Vineyard site team, we look forward to seeing you in two weeks!
