The Best Week of the Summer is almost here! We are just 3 days away from Camp Vineyard 2021, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ve got a couple of last-minute things for you:
What to Pack
If you’re not sure what to pack, double check the What To Expect sheet that’s part of the Parent & Volunteer Pack. Linens, towels, clothes, etc, it’s all listed in there. Easy!
COVID Policies
While you’re looking back through the Parent & Volunteer Pack, review the COVID-19 policies on the last few pages. If you’re not fully vaccinated (last shot on or before June 7), you’ll need to bring masks to wear in the Chapel, in any indoor meeting rooms, and when you’re not seated at the dining hall. Of course, you can wear one whenever you want (ok, not in the Pool, that’s…probably not going to work) if you’re more comfortable doing so – that goes for Campers and adults.
By the way, that means that most Campers will be wearing masks in the Chapel, and many adults may be wearing them too. So don’t feel like you’re going to be the one person packing masks. We’re at an awkward state of the pandemic (to say the least), and we’re still going to need to give and receive a lot of grace. But hey, the important thing is: We get to do Camp in person this year!
Also, remember, we’re handing out Spirit Points for completed COVID tests between now and Monday. If you’re reading this now, you’ll need to do a rapid test. Upload the results to your account or bring them to Camp on Monday. And please, leaders, screen all your attendees for symptoms before you get in the vans. We want to have a safe, awesome, incredible week of Camp!

It’s not too late to upload your forms! If you registered yourself (or your own Camper), you can upload your forms at https://campvineyard.com/account. If your youth leader registered you, send them your signed and completed form.
Counselor Assignments
Hey Adults, check out your job assignments here! Oh..wait..all the Color Teams are grouped by church this year…huh..I wonder if the Campers will figure that out…. ? We’re expecting some stellar team names and cheers this year!
