Registration opens tomorrow at 10:00am Eastern / 9:00am Central at campvineyard.com/register!

We’ve been working on some last minute details, talking to youth leaders, and thinking through what situations you might run in to as we open registration tomorrow.

Tips for Registering Adults
We will still require you to register one adult volunteer for every 7 kids, with a ratio of male and female volunteers that reflects your group. Adult volunteers must be at least 18 years old AND at least 1 year out of high school. Any church sending more than 3 kids MUST send at least one volunteer with them.

So, a group of 25 would include 3-4 adults. But what happens if you have an additional adult past your 25 attendee limit, but the waitlist hasn’t opened for Adult Volunteers yet? We can add them to the waitlist manually. Email their names and church group to info@campvineyard.com with “Adult Volunteer Waitlist” in the subject.

Also, for group leaders who are letting parents register their kids on their own, you will want to be sure your adults get in ASAP.

Why the Waitlist Is Important & What Comes Next
Once registration fills up for Campers and we have a picture of what the waitlist looks like, we’re going to be in a holding pattern until we know what the State of Georgia has decided and how Woodland is planning to implement it. This process may take a few days, and we’ll need your patience as we evaluate the most fair and most safe way of moving forward in accordance with the new guidelines.

One thing is certain: If you’re debating whether or not to get your Camper on the waitlist – you should get them on it! Not only does it give them a spot in line, it helps give us a better idea of the demand and the mix of groups we need to serve.

We’re so excited to get this going tomorrow, and we will keep you updated as we get into April!
