Hey! We are excited to be partnering with a new registration provider this year to give you a sleeker, more modern interface that’s easier to use.
You’ll notice that it’s basically all on one page and you can add as many members to your group as you want on a single transaction. If you set up an account after registration (and we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you do), you’ll be able to make changes down the road. There are a few things about the interface and order that are different than what you may be used to, but we’ve been quite happy with it in testing and we think you’ll find it preferable to the old system.
You’ll also notice that the waiver and Volunteer Commitment Statement have digital options this year. Once you complete registration, you’ll see prompts for each attendee (Adult Volunteers will have two). You’ll be able to send each attendee (or their parent/guardian) a text or email with a unique link for their form. If you create an account, you’ll be able to access those easily to send reminder texts for those that forget.
If you already had your group fill out paper forms and you’ve already made scans of those forms, that’s fine! You can email photos/scans of the paper forms to forms@campvineyard.com. We’re treating 2025 as a transition year. We weren’t sure the new system was going to be ready, so we published the standard forms in February. Starting in 2026, we’ll go to a fully digital system for our waivers and Volunteer Commitment Statements.
