Tracks
We don’t do “camp classes” at Camp Vineyard.
Instead, we want you to do something that makes you say “That’s neat!” In fact, we used to call these Neat! Groups, but now we call them Tracks*. Here’s a list of Tracks that we normally do, the list will be updated to reflect the choices available this year once registration opens. Choices subject to change. If one of your changes after you’ve registered, we’ll let you know.
How To Pick Your Track
If You’re a Junior Camper:
You’re Doing Activity Track
You’re going to have a lot of fun with all the Greatest Hits of Camp!
If You’re a Senior Camper:
You Can Pick 1 Track
Activity, Worship, or Ministry & Leadership
Activity Track
Activity Track is like the “Camp Sampler Platter”. You’ll do a rotation 2 of these per day with your team.
Mad Science
Amber’s back, this time with a science-based escape room! You and your group will solve puzzles as you race against the clock to find the answers!
Canoes
Spend a little time on Woodland’s lake, taking in the scenery, and making faces at the people on the zip line.
Duct Tape, Etc.
The classic! Indulge your summer camp dream of making a nearly functional kitchen sink out of duct tape. Or create bracelets, chalk art, or any one of a number of projects.
Giant Swing
Zip Line
Climbing Tower
Other Tracks – Senior Campers Only
Senior Campers can choose Activity Track or ONE of the following Tracks instead:
Worship
For musicians (instrumentalists and singers) who want to learn more about playing on a worship team, leading a team, or getting one going in their church. This Track will cover the spiritual as well as the technical aspects of worship, answer some common questions, and help you avoid some of the common mistakes musicians make as they learn how to play with a band.
Ministry & Leadership - Updated for 2024!
This is like a “Best Of Camp Vineyard” Track! You’ve got the serious stuff: Talking to the Speaker, asking some questions, and spending three days with other students exploring what ministry and leadership look like. Then you’ve got the fun stuff: Your choice of things like the Zip Line or Giant Swing.

*Tracks? What happened to Neat! Groups?
Yep, we know. We created Activity Track as a way to meet the COVID guidelines in 2021, and it turned out that everybody enjoyed getting to do a little of everything. So we kept that as a replacement for choosing 3 individual groups. Over the next couple of years, we realized “Neat! Groups” was becoming confusing since we no longer did things how we used to. So, starting in 2024, they became Tracks.
